Your mission will be the efficient management of production, ensuring its compliance according to the objectives of safety, quality, productivity, costs, and delivery times, reporting results to plant management.

- Planning, organization, management and control of the resources available with the aim of achieving the assigned daily production and continuous improvement.
- Coordination with the corresponding department for the establishment of mandatory maintenance, control of machine breakdowns and monitoring of repairs.
- Optimization of human resources, to achieve established objectives. Training, motivation and development of the people in charge.
- Supervision and analysis of the rejection generated in the production process (waste or shrink). As well as generating an action plan aimed at minimizing it.
- Collaborate with the quality manager in the investigation of the causes of the complaints and non-conformities received, both internal and external, and in executing proposed corrective and preventive actions.
- Occasionally, technical support during visits.
- Coordination with the supply chain department for the management of production planning and service control.
- Coordinate the standardisation and optimisation of processes.
- Ensuring the quality of production processes.
- Contributing to production planning and meeting delivery dates.
- Leading the continuous improvement of the plant and warehouses.
- Stock management.
- Ensure compliance with monthly indicators and productivity.

• University degree/Industrial Engineering/Industrial Organization or similar.
• High level written and spoken English required.
• Advanced office automation and experience in managing some ERP.
• It is valuable that you have developed part of your professional career in manufacturing plants as a Production Engineer or Production Manager.
• Experience of more than 5 years.
