Mining and energy are other fields of application for our rubber compounds, which can be used in the manufacture of conveyor belts, chemical tank linings, gas, oil and hydrogen pipeline seals, heavy machinery and even in natural stone cutting systems. This has helped to industrialise and optimise the consumption of natural resources, as well as contributing to environmental safety. Technical rubber compounds such as EPDM, NR and NBR or high-performance rubber compounds such as CPE, CSM and XIIR are suitable for all these applications.

At Grupo Elastorsa, we contribute to the development of a sustainable future through electrification, in which the renewable energy sector is the leading player. Our EPDM, CPE and NBR-PVC rubber compounds are used in the manufacture of connectors and cables as well as equipment for medium- and high-voltage systems.

Our contribution to energy sustainability is complemented by another of our compounds, TPV ELASTOPRENE, which is suitable for sealing joints in solar panels and cable sheathing.
